Early freebie

Hi everyone, I am going away this weekend and so I am putting the freebie on early this week.
Before I put the details of the freebie on, here is the project I am doing with the ladies at club tomorrow:

The lantern is made from 4 cuts from the Marianne lantern die. I put an acetate backing on each window and used small tabs to stick the pieces together. The tops of the lantern are folded over and glued in place and then finished off with a bow on top. The candle is a battery operated tea light, (I wouldn't recommend using a lit tea light)

Below is this weeks freebie, well I say freebie, it is actually a tutorial on how to make the card.
As usual you will find the tutorial on my main site on the free download page under tutorials, listed as Mica resist technique.

All for now, see you soon, Tina x

Freebie Friday

Happy Friday people!
Are you looking forward to the weekend? Maybe you are going Christmas shopping or are you one of those really organised people who has everything under control and finished all the shopping?
Today's freebie is a collection of Christmas inserts for you to print and use inside your cards. The inserts are in A5 and come in both portrait and landscape. Please be patient as the file is quite large and may take a while to download, as usual it can be found on my main site
Have a good weekend and I'll see you soon, Tina x

Over stamped card, continued...

Good evening bloggers! I hope you enjoyed the tutorial from Friday? I thought I would share another card I have made using the same technique but different size card.
This one was made from an A5 card and I have to say, I am really pleased with it!

The large flower stamp is from Little Claire and I think the flourish is from one of their sets as well. It has been coloured using promarkers.

The next card is a project we made at a card group on Saturday, you have to read both the front and the back to get the message!

Thank you to Elsa Cox for that one.
Dont forget to check back on Friday for the freebie, all for now, Tina x

Free tutorial

Happy Friday people!
I cant believe its Friday already! I hope you have all had a good week? I have a terrible cold which has reached its peak today. I am off to club for the day tomorrow, so I hope to be feeling a bit better for that.
I have a tutorial for you today on how to make an over stamped card. As usual you will find the file on my main site which I have just changed slightly. You will now find two columns on the download page, one has all the freebie files and the other has the tutorials in the hope they will be easier to find.
Here are a couple of samples of the card:

Have a good weekend, Tina x

Freebie Friday

Hello everyone!
I hope you have all had a good week and are looking forward to the weekend?
I am going to a craft sale tomorrow at the Lincoln showground because I obviously need more craft stuff! Maybe I'll see you there!

I know I am probably boring you now but I have been making yet more Christmas cards, these are just a few of them:
For the background cut out I used a tonic die set and the decoupage is Forever Friends

Papers are all from a Forever Friends set I have had for the last couple of years and I am still wading my way through them!

Another Tonic die cut card with Forever Friends

Same again

This card was made using another Tonic die cut card, the village is a Marianne die, then I finished off with ribbon and a couple of buttons.

Now, to this weeks freebie, with Christmas drawing ever nearer, I have made some old fashioned Christmas card stacks for you. You have a choice of printing as a single layer but looking as though it has layers or printing out the sheets with the layers and stacking them up.
As usual you can find the download at the main site, here is a preview of the download
