Freebie Friday

Hello everyone, I am early posting my freebie this week as I am going away tomorrow for the weekend.
I am sorry but I have only had time to make the freebie without any samples.
The freebie this week is a beautiful Sweet-brier flower set, there are 2 corners and a bouquet. I try to put them on a sheet so that if you want to use the card as a base you can, which is why there is a corner each end. I have put the bouquets so that you can use your favourite dies to cut them out. I would love it if you emailed me any cards you have made from my freebies.
As usual, you will find the download on my main site.

Freebie Friday sample

Hello again Bloggers!
I hope you have had a good weekend and the weather has been kind to you.
If you missed the free download on Friday, you can still get it by going to the link on Fridays' blog. I didn't get round to making a sample to show before the freebie went on but I have made it tonight.

I have made a very simple easel card by matting my backing paper onto lilac card and using one of the sentiments as my stopper. I used an oval die to cut my topper out and then matted onto a Cheery Lynn die cut oval in the same lilac card and added a bow.

You can always email me any cards you have made using my freebies or tutorials and I will put them on the blog with your permission.

What else have I been doing? I have been playing with some Marianne dies and made this single step pop up card.

I might not get a chance to make a freebie for this Friday as I am going on a cardmaking weekend from Friday until Sunday but I will try my best.

Freebie Friday

Good evening everyone,
I hope you have had a good week and not been washed away with the rain!
I haven't had too much time this week for cardmaking but here is one I did make with ' My minds eye' papers and decoupage.

We have booked our holiday this week and oooh, I am sooooo looking forward to it....
We have booked a 14 day cruise going to Budapest, Vienna and then down through Germany. We have never been on a cruise before, in actual fact this will be the first time my husband and I have been abroad together in our 21 years together! We're not going until November, so plenty of time for shopping before we go!

BACK TO THE FREEBIE!

The freebie this week has been designed with Mothers day in mind but having said that, I have put a birthday sentiment with it as well.
There is a backing sheet and a sheet of toppers and as usual, you will find it on the free download page of my main site.
That's all for now, Tina x

Club projects

Hello again.
I have been out to my card making club today and we were joined by Paula Walters from Doncaster.
We had 3 projects from Paula today which I thought you might like to see, so here they are:
The first is a framed easel card.
The second is a quite simple card, it uses a heart stamp to make a flower.
The last card is a box with 4 matchbox drawers glued onto a square base, then another square glued on the top and an easel card on the corner of the top.
See you again soon, Tina x

Freebie Friday

Good evening everyone, I hope you have had a good week?
My week has been a bit strange as my husband has been refitting our en-suite bathroom, all I can say is thank goodness we have another bathroom! It has been driving me mad all week fighting a never ending job of trying to keep the house clean while he is in and out every five minutes! I still have another couple of days to contend with and then the clean up begins.......

My magazine this month has a free Hunkydory kit, I have made a couple of cards with it, see what you think:

FREEBIE FRIDAY

This weeks freebie is a tutorial on how to make a landscape diamond card, here is a picture to give you an idea:

It is the same as the green card in my last blog. As usual you will find the tutorial on the free download/tutorial page of my main site.

Freebie Friday

Good evening Bloggers, sorry I'm a day late but you know how it is..... time flies as they say!
I hope you are enjoying the new year? I have had a lovely day today with one of my best friends and our kids. We went to Newark in Nottinghamshire and for the first time, we went in the museum and art gallery in the Butter market. We were shown around the museum, the ballroom, the mayors chambers and the smallest house in Newark which is only 6ft 6in wide!
Here are the pictures I took:

The Butter market with the smallest house squeezed between it and the bank.

The following pictures were taken inside the ballroom.

As far as making cards go, I haven't had much time lately but here's one I made at club on Thursday.

Back to the Freebie!
I hope you liked the free papers from last week, as this week the Freebie is the same set of papers but this time in magenta. As usual you will find the download on my main site.
